This is a story of resilience during the pandemic. Akshdha Sharma- a Grade 8 student at Gurukul Global School- has always been a keen music enthusiast. She had been learning to play the violin from Trinity College London - where she was awarded Distinction for two years running when the pandemic hit. This halted her learning journey as face to face classes came to an end.
Undeterred, and spurred by her love for music, she explored new learning opportunities and continued her musical learning with Trinity College London to virtually learn how to play the piano. She mastered the art in six months and her exceptional result in the annual evaluation by Trinity College London has made us proud.
We wish Akshdha continued success in her learning journey.
